"Healthy" Chocolate

Yes there is such a thing! Though with anything too much of something is still bad for you ;)

I love having these chocolates in the fridge, they really hit the spot when you need something sweet, and they are so rich that they don't leave you feeling like you want more!

  • 1 cup of cocoa

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup agave syrup (or honey)

  • optional spice of choice for top (I used epicure maple bacon salt)

Mix all the ingredients together (depending on the room temperature

you may need to melt the coconut oil)

Put into chocolate molds (or in a shallow tray lined with parchement

paper) and set in freezer for an hour.

I made 35 of these beauties and they taste amazing!

NOTE: They need to be stored in the fridge in an air-tight container.

For those of you doing the 21 day fix - one of these is a tsp
