Basic Beginner Program

* Even though these exercises are safe postpartum please consult with your doctor before you start any exercise program, especially if you have any concerns

For some people it can be devistating to find out they have Diastasis Recti (DR), for others it is a relief to find out why their tummy is still sticking out no matter what they do.

Either way, for the majority of moms this is something you can fix with good posture, consistent DR safe exercises and avoiding those that are bad for you (e.g. crunches).

DR doesn't heal overnight - there is no quick fix. But doing these exercises consistently and removing damaging exercises out of your routine will start the healing process.

I hope you enjoy this 3 week program, and if you do there is an intermediate one that you can move onto after the completion of this one.
