Oat Bake

This is a family favorite, and awesome to eat on the go! 
But beware, you may find yourself nibbling on it all day!


  • 2 cups Oats (make sure they are gluten free if cross contamination is an issue)

  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder (make sure it is gluten free)

  • 1 cup of berries (raspberries or blueberries)

  • 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Banana sliced

  • 3/4 cup agave nectar (or honey)



Preheat oven to 350F

Grease an 9x13 pan

Mix oats, baking powder, half the nuts, cinnamon, have the berries and nectar together

Press the oat mixture into the pan

Mix egg, milk, and vanilla together and pour on top of the oats top with banana, and rest of the berries and nuts

Bake for approximately 35 mins (until solid)


6-8 servings
