Sitting All Day can cause you pain

Do you sit all day at work?

When you sit all day (especially at a computer) it can cause a number of problems, such as:

  • A weak core

  • Forward head syndrome – which can lead too Migraines

  • Sore neck

  • Numbness and tingling down your shoulders, arms, wrists and hands

  • Shoulders out of alignment and internal rotation of the shoulders

  • Tight hip flexors

  • Weak glutes and leg muscles

 

To name just a few, because each of those points cause more issues of their own!
